Anorexia is a symptom of anemia? Is it wise?!?

Im sure IM, whenever I develop blood anemia Saying they have no iron, and even if like all I can find spinach and raisins, I still miss the cut when I can give, so I have gum and white eyelids, all symptoms of a cold pale skin, shortness of breath, angina pectoris, chest pain, etc. .. I'm also looking for other symptoms, and said that anorexia !!??! Is this reasonable? I think it's opposite i In other words, I have a very low appetite and poor eating habits, but I do not think the cause of anemia is it true?

No anorexia nervosa – just anorexia. Loss of appetite, basically.
