Is chest pain after strenuous exercise normal…?

Sometimes after i do heavy exercise i get a bad ache/crushing feeling in my chest which is accompanied most of the time by nausea and a cough (also shortness of breath but everyone gets out of breath after heavy exercise i think), this happens mainly when i’m ice skating or on the trampoline in the cold air and seems to happen less often when i’m inside. I’m only 14 but my grandma has angina and my dad had a bicuspid valve and aortic aneurysm (he had an operation to fix it), my mum has aortic regurgitation and is having medical investigations into her heart palpitations. I’m also very tired but i’m a vegan and i think i’m lacking in nutrient’s so it’s probably a different issue entirely. I have had this pain for a few months and am wondering if it’s normal for people to get this? It goes away a few minutes after i stop exercise but it only happens with very heavy exercise and not very often so i’m not sure if i should bother seeing a doctor. Thanks!

No, it’s not normal for a 14 year old to have crushing chest pains after jumping on a trampoline or ice skating. Considering your family history, you need to go to the dr for an exam as soon as possible.
