angina or gas

Heart pains….?

Hi,

I get these pains in my chest every once in a while (like once a month maybe??) – they last for like two seconds when I breathe out or in hard- and it feels like my heart is getting poked.

Is this bad – like heart attack bad? Or is it gas or something? Angina?

Oh yeah – and I just had like 5 cups of coffee with like 15 teaspoons of sugar total…

This is not heart related because I have had this since I was a child, I would turn a certain way, shift, or even move to get up and this knife like pain would knock me for a loop. I underwent many tests and they at that time told me it was growing pains when infact I still at age 41 experience this.
Often times it is upper gastro issues, and yes coffee can certainly contribute as well as soft drinks etc..
I recall one time I had a spell that actually lasted from evening to the next morning when I was in my teenage years, I couldn’t even more it hurt so bad. But most of these pains are short lives.
It hurts more of course when you try to inhale or move, it feels like something snaps back into place sometimes?? If so, this is the same thing I get. My daughter also experiences this very same thing. Gender has no baring, nor does age.
But relax, it is not your heart- oh and one more thing? Anxiety can also contribute to this as well.
