angina x syndrome

Does anyone know what is cardiac syndrome X? My husband was diagnosed, but I can not explain it.

My husband was diagnosed with this. He has had five heart "episodes" and angina pectoris. He proved you do not pass through the groin to the heart. Their faucets regular is OK, but it has a small vessel narrowing at heart. He takes the medicine blood pressure, but did not pressure high blood pressure and other heart medications. It seems to work for him for a while, but after all, chest pain and go to the hospital and connected to all the machines and everything returns to normal. When I say that cardiac syndrome X is watching us as if we had three heads. It is very frustrating for him and me and we both like to know what it is and remedies. It also has very high cholesterol that your doctor tells you it's because of genetics. Everyone Can I get help with this is appreciated.
