Help! pneumonia/asthma?
hi, back in june i was terribly ill for about 2 weeks, lost my voice etc. This summers weather was really colder than usual. i was coughing alot and alot of sputum was coming up. When it went i started having alot of muscle spasms? my heart rate shot up and started beating really fast in my chest.
since ive had chest pains of all kinds, i have the crushing like pain too. the lungs is where the pain is located but also had angina like pains twice in my heart! as time has gone on ive had stings n pains thru out my arms, hands, legs etc and now i get alot of headaches and it scares me
i did have a xray, bloodtest and ecg about 4 months ago and everything was fine, no one believes my pain, they thought it was stress.
now my GP is finally startin to believe that there is something wrong as my bp is higher. He gave me propranolol but it says dont take it if you have trouble breathing?? what shud i do?
ps: running, bending down etc makes me lose my breath
Asthma is caused by overbreathing or hidden hyperventilation, which messes up your carbon dioxide levels (Carbon dioxide is essential to your body for absorbing oxygen.) This causes you to overbreathe even more, which leads to asthma. Check out this link:

For more info, or to find courses in your area, google “buteyko.”
The Buteyko method retrains your brain to breathe properly.
A lot of your symptoms are on the list of symptoms that can be reduced by the Buteyko method.
