What can simulate a heart attack?
In addition to anxiety and heartburn .. My doctor has ruled out two of them, however, still angina radiates unbearable for me and my left carotid artery. I had two arms ECG, a chest radiograph at 2, 1 chest CT = all normal Is it time to go to eco angiography path /? I made an appointment with a cardiologist, but I can not see it for almost two weeks, and the pain worsens. Today, I waited five hours in the emergency room to tell me that my tests were normal. Clearly, something is wrong if I'm 22 and having angina pectoris! I want to know what are the other things that could do that? I will be prepared with questions when I see the cardiologist.
Angina is a temporary pain or tightness in the chest that starts and sometimes spreads to other parts of the upper body. It appears suddenly and usually lasts a few minutes. It occurs most often when there are additional requirements for heart, as during exercise, emotional stress and exposure to cold or wind. Some people also develop angina after eating a hearty meal, which requires increased blood flow to digest. In severe cases, Angina pectoris occurs at unpredictable times, and attacks are becoming more difficult controls. This is called angina pectoris unstable, and is often a precursor of a heart attack.
